Do you provide refunds?

Before making a purchase, be sure that you are happy with the way it sounds by listening to the preview. We can only provide refunds if it is through a fault of our own.

How do I pay for ringtones?

You pay via PayPal, which is easy to set-up and free to join!

How is the ringtone delivered to me?

Once you have placed a successful order, you will be taken to a download page where you will click on a link and download the pack directly onto your computer. You will also receive the link via email.

How long does the download link remain active?

The download link will only stay active for 24 hours and you will be allowed 2 attempts.

Please note: Once you have clicked on a download link it will expire, so ensure you wait for it to fully download.

The packs are zipped… why?

The ringtone packs are zipped to make them smaller in size and quicker to download. It also allows to have them all in one easy convenient download.

The previews don’t sound very clear and have beeps… why?

All the previews have had the bitrate reduced to make the files smaller, which allows for quicker loading of the page. This reduces the quality of the previews, but the ringtone itself is a separate high quality file. The beeps are added to the previews to deter piracy.
